Objective and stage
Where is the site, what material is involved and what stage has the project reached? Define the decision: studies, process options, product requirements or site development.
Available evidence
List geological reports, maps, sample data and laboratory results. Include dates, provenance and units. Identify documents requiring a confidentiality agreement.
Product and market
Describe the intended product, customer and target characteristics. Separate indicative output assumptions from verified data.
Constraints
Describe water, power, access, buildings, logistics, prior studies, timing and budget constraints. Identify technical and decision contacts.
Next step
NOVA can organise the brief, identify gaps and propose a scope for technical review. The team and depth are agreed for the task; the work does not replace mandatory local procedures.
