Define the product
Provide diameter, wall, length, quantity, units, grade and project requirements. List tolerances, end preparation and surface condition separately.
Define evidence of quality
Agree certificates, batch identification and the inspection scope required by the project. Do not assume every possible test is included.
Separate product and logistics
Packing, loading, transport, insurance and customs responsibilities affect the delivered cost. For an international enquiry, include the country and final destination.
Check practical constraints
Confirm package length and weight, unloading capability, route limits, partial delivery and acceptance arrangements. Distinguish a required date from a preferred date.
Send the brief
Attach the specification to the NOVA form. If requirements are incomplete, share known data and open questions so the scope can be agreed first.
